The sketches are the pre-stage of each comic strip and done in an extremely varying level of detail.
Sometimes they're done by only one artist, sometimes during joint brainstorming. The paper is usually
regular paper, mostly A4 sized, sometimes in the US Letter format, and the materials used vary from
pencil over ink pens to ball pens, depending on what was in reach when inspiration struck. Sometimes
the final strip looks quite different than the sketch, and quite often slight changes in the
text are made.

All original artworks are done by Stefan with pen on paper on top of an (erased) pencil sketch on standard
A4 sized paper. The picture above is the actual image of what the original looks like. On
newer works, the panel frames and talk balloons and some inking is added on the computer.
